These Terms of Use govern your use of topzphoto.com (the "Site"), operated by Austin21Photo ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site is the website of Second Exposure, a photo and film workshop in Austin, TX. It describes our in-store services and links to restoration software sold by third parties. We don't sell or support that software.

In-store services

Restoration, video transfer and film developing orders are quoted at the counter and governed by the terms agreed when you place the order. Information on the Site about our services is a general description and isn't an offer or a binding quote.

Example images

Example images on the Site are illustrations: the damage shown is simulated on public-domain photographs. Results depend on the condition of your originals and, if you restore at home, on your equipment and the software you use.

Third-party products and links

The Site links to third-party websites, including through affiliate links. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, products, pricing, availability, privacy practices or terms. Any purchase you make is between you and that third party, under their terms.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text and graphics belong to us or are used with permission. Public-domain photographs remain in the public domain. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products. You may not copy or reuse the Site's original content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or any third-party product you learn about through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
